Build people-centred systems with the McConnell Foundation’s Operations team in Toronto’s hybrid workplace. Apply HR coordination, process documentation, and stakeholder support skills.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will help improve HR systems and streamline processes during a six-month contract. Your work includes data management, policy updates, onboarding support, employee communications, and intranet resources. You will collaborate with Operations and IT while contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the Foundation’s mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document people and culture processes across Operations
- Integrate competency dictionaries into recruitment and performance plans




- Gather policy acknowledgements and secure confidential information
- Collaborate with Operations and IT on intranet resources
- Support employee events in Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa

Requirements:

- Human Resources Management degree or current enrolment
- One to two years of administrative experience
- English and French functional bilingualism at B2 level
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Ability to travel to Ottawa and Montreal
