This Implementation Consultant supports Mid-Market organizations using Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud for fleets and industrial assets. You will explain platform capabilities to executives and everyday users, solve customer challenges, and build trust across wide-ranging stakeholders. The position is remote and open to candidates residing in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- 2–4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting
- Strong customer-facing communication and consultative skills
- Experience with end-to-end system implementations
- English and French fluency
- Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate emotional intelligence
