Key Responsibilities:

- Assess rehabilitation potential through file reviews and claimant interviews
- Develop cost-effective rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
- Monitor services, stakeholders, barriers, and functional improvements




- Prepare reports with findings and recommendations

Requirements:

- University degree related to rehabilitation
- Five years of insurance rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Mental Health experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and home office capability
