Key Responsibilities
&
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience creating and executing API payloads using Postman.
• Experience testing Genesys call flows through the Genesys UI, rather than traditional phone-based testing.
• Working/testing knowledge of the Genesys UI, including call status monitoring, agent scripts, and secured messages.
• Experience testing CRM integrations with Genesys.
• Working/testing knowledge of chatbot and live-agent interactions.
• Ability to validate end-to-end functionality and identify integration issues.
