This position will work with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to develop forecasts for new and existing products. In this role, the ideal candidate will also work with Sales and key customers to manage VMI programs, monitor customer inventory levels, and present analysis and insights to internal and external partners to drive business results and meet critical metric targets, including sales, retail inventory, retail turns and forecast accuracy. This role ensures accurate demand visibility, optimal stock levels, and high service performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales, customer POS, inventory, and market data to support accurate demand planning and replenishment.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage VMI activities for key customers, including inventory levels, replenishment, days of supply, stockouts, shrink, and best-before dates, while maintaining 98%+ store fill rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customers, Procurement, Production, Shipping, Order Desk, Marketing, and Finance to align demand, inventory, replenishment,



and order fulfillment requirements.
• Develop and maintain sales, demand planning, VMI, and supply chain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Track and report key performance indicators, support monthly business reviews, and identify opportunities for process and supply chain improvement.
• Support supply chain optimization initiatives across Warehouse, Procurement, Production, and other functional areas.
• Apply supply chain best practices to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, VMI performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other projects and duties/responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience/Skills:
• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; recent graduates from Supply Chain Management programs may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Strong team player with a positive, professional, and collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.




• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with data and identify actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with forecasts, purchase orders, inventory, shipping, and receiving information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, BOMs, and lead times, is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
