JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties: As a member of the dynamic North Coast Transmission Project team in this project delivery-oriented role you will provide environmental support, as environmental work package manager (EWPM), on complex BC Hydro capital projects. The scope of the role includes supporting the Regulatory team in navigating federal and provincial environmental regulatory processes and preparing or managing the preparation of information related to potential environmental and socio-economic effects of projects. EWPMs are responsible for the scope, schedule, budget, and costs associated with their work package. The EWPM is expected to have expertise, and a working knowledge of all, disciplines within the scope of the work package, consulting with subject matter experts as needed, while serving as the single environmental point of contact for their assigned scope of work.
