Contractor (Remote) Start Date: Immediate Role Overview We are looking for a Strategic Project Lead with direct experience managing software-engineering data programs for frontier AI models. This is not a general Technical Program Manager role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running scaled production programs involving coding data, AI model evaluation, RLHF/preference data, SWE benchmarks, or agentic coding environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage software-engineering data and evaluation projects end to end.
• Handle contributor sourcing, onboarding, calibration, and performance.
• Track task throughput, quality, rework, cost, defects, and timelines.
• Review code, tests, task metadata, and final deliverables.
• Identify why invalid or low-quality work passed review.
• Make release / rejection decisions based on technical quality.
• Use Python, SQL, or similar tools for quality and operational analysis. Selection Process
