• Manage day-to-day communications with our talents under the direction of a Talent Agent
• Manage execution of Influencer campaigns with guidance from a Talent Agent
• Assisting in scouting potential talent to join agency roster
• Assisting in researching/expanding brand & client database
• Assisting in brainstorming & being up to date with industry trends
• Assisting in strategizing & contributing to developing productive pitches, partnerships,
- creative ideas,



events & other PR/social media marketing initiatives
• Provide required admin support ex. drafting agreements, updating status of ongoing collaborations, reporting & more REQUIREMENTS
• Passionate & knowledgeable about the beauty, fashion & lifestyle space
• Present eagerness to learn about social media influencer marketing & the talent management industry
• Presents excellent verbal/written communication skills & strong interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented & proficient in Outlook/Excel/Google Drive etc.
