Founding CMO & Head of Sales | Arcana DI (Arcana Decision Intelligence) Equity-first | Contract | Remote | Every decision is a bet on a future no one can see. Arcana DI helps people see the consequences of their choices before they make them. We’re a decision intelligence platform that tests a decision against 100 to 10,000 variations of current reality. It shows people what they’re not seeing, and every number is tagged as a source, an estimate, or a projection. The method has been used on client work for more than two years. The platform is now soft-launched and self-serve, and we’re building the go-to-market engine behind it. We’re looking for one person to own both marketing and sales. COMPENSATION: THIS IS AN EQUITY-FIRST ROLE This role is paid in equity first. There is no guaranteed salary. It is your job to build the revenue pipeline, and your compensation grows as that pipeline does.
• 1.5% equity in Arcana DI, vesting over time

• Own go-to-market end to end: positioning, messaging, pipeline and revenue
• Run the sales motion yourself: discovery calls, live demos, closing
• Build channel and reseller partnerships




• Run the Enigma Thinkers LinkedIn and Instagram pages and launch our podcast on predictions and forward strategy
• Be the public voice of Arcana
• Build a better digital funnel, working with our existing creative, paid media and social contractors
• Report pipeline and traction clearly enough to support our series A raise Who we sell to Market research firms, ecommerce brands and research organizations. Market research firms are our focus for the next 90 days. What you bring
• A track record selling B2B software, analytics or research products
• Comfort doing founder-led sales with no big team behind you
• Robust, plain writing. We don’t do salesy or cheesy.
• The ability to explain an AI product honestly, without overpromising
• Bonus: a network in market research, or experience with reseller and association channels
