Regina, Saskatchewan (onsite) Duration: Contract We are seeking a Junior Intel Server Support qualified to support Windows Server infrastructure, data centre operations, system availability, and performance for a critical business environment. Must-Have

Skills:
• Windows Server configuration and administration
• Computer Science / Computer Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
• ITIL Foundation / Service Management certification
• Server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance
• Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support
• Incident and problem management

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain Intel-based Windows Server environments
• Support server availability, capacity, and performance
• Perform server patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery
• Monitor CPU,



memory, disk utilization, and hardware alerts
• Support VMware/virtualization, server images, and infrastructure maintenance
• Maintain technical documentation and monthly service reports
• Assist with data centre operations, security, and hardware maintenance Nice to Have:
• Azure Windows experience
• Virtualization experience across multiple platforms
