About Us
Pelmen Foods is a growing Canadian food manufacturer with a diverse portfolio of brands, including Pelmen Foods, Holy Perogy, BigYum, and other licensed collaborations. We are seeking a creative, experienced, and highly independent Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer who can take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, video production, AI-powered creative tools, and marketing content development. The role is approximately 80% marketing and multimedia design and 20% packaging and digital design.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Multimedia Design (80%)
• Design marketing materials, including social media content, digital ads, promotional campaigns, brochures, banners, and point-of-sale displays.
• Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, product demonstrations, animations, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative materials for Holy Perogy restaurants, including menus, signage, and promotions.
• Produce compelling food visuals using photography, retouching, compositing, and AI-generated imagery.
• Design professional retail buyer presentations, sell sheets, and product launch materials.
• Independently develop creative concepts and execute projects from brief to final delivery.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve creative quality, speed, and production efficiency.
• Maintain consistent brand identities across multiple brands and marketing channels. Packaging & Digital Design (20%)
• Adapt existing packaging designs for new products, flavours, and promotions.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for packaging and marketing materials.
• Create website banners, landing-page visuals, and other digital assets.
• Ensure compliance with established brand guidelines and licensing requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional graphic or multimedia design experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.




• Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation using After Effects or equivalent software.
• Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools for image generation, editing, video production, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent PowerPoint design skills, particularly for sales presentations and retail buyer materials.
• Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Figma and website content management systems is an asset.
• Robust understanding of branding, typography, print production, digital design, and consumer marketing.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. What We're Looking For
