Director, National Accounts – Industrial Construction & Facility Programs Toronto, ON MTLI Group is a North American industrial contractor and systems integrator with 44 years and 15,000+ completed projects. We're hiring a Director to own and grow one of our most strategic national accounts: a leading [food & beverage / manufacturing / distribution] enterprise with 50+ facilities across North America. This is not a maintenance-mode account role. Your mandate is to turn a strong relationship into a mid-to-high eight-figure annual program spanning construction, capital projects (CAPEX), engineering, maintenance and ongoing operational support (OPEX). What you'll own
• The national account growth plan, building relationships with facility leaders, engineering, procurement and customer executives
• Finding and shaping opportunities across the facility network, from single projects to multi-site national programs
• Leading site assessments, scoping, estimating, RFP responses, proposals and commercial negotiations
• Designing service programs, delivery standards and reporting built around the customer's needs
• Directing project managers, estimators,



engineers, trades and service partners to deliver consistently at scale
• Account revenue, gross profit, customer satisfaction and delivery performance What you bring
• 10+ years in industrial construction, capital projects, engineering or facility maintenance, including owning or growing a multi-site enterprise account of $20M+ per year
• The technical credibility to scope, price and stand behind the work, and the commercial skill to sell it to executives
• Robust command of estimating, construction lifecycles, permitting, budgets and project controls
• Experience with manufacturing, food & beverage or distribution facilities is a strong asset
• PMP, P.
Eng., construction management or similar credentials are assets What you get
• Annual base salary $140,000
• Performance bonus: up to $25,000 CAD
• Uncapped growth incentive: 3% of account gross profit
• Reporting directly to the CEO, with MTLI's estimating, project management and engineering teams behind you
