SUMMARY: This role is responsible for coordinating and managing daily import and export air freight operations to ensure shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor air import and export shipments, follow-up, tracking and tracing, problem identification and timely resolution;
• Interact with customers on phone; provide shipment status, customs regulations and procedures; handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Build close,



solid relationships with all our customers, overseas agents and service providers;
• Complete processing of all documentation required including invoicing and import declaration if required;
• Conduct research and analysis of routes using historical data, reports and reviews
• Day to day operations to include dealing with customers, customs clearance & other reports and administration duties.
• Ensure all quality control procedures are updated and adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years’ experience in air freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree or college diploma
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, strong communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
