- We're Hiring a Structural Steel Engineer ? CB Engineers is looking for a Structural Steel Engineer to help us grow our steel connection design practice. We specialize in practical, fabrication-focused engineering services for steel fabricators and contractors across Western Canada. Our work includes: ✅ Structural steel connection design ✅ Shop drawing review and sealing ✅ Miscellaneous steel design ✅ Structural strengthening projects ✅ Fabrication support We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world steel connection and constructability challenges and wants to work closely with fabricators and detailers. What we're looking for:
• P.
Eng. or EIT in Canada
• Strong structural steel design background
• Familiarity with CSA S16




• Connection design experience
• IDEA StatiCa experience considered a strong asset
• Fabrication or steel detailing experience is a major advantage
