About the Role
• Detroit Axle is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Ontario distribution facility.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, supervising employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Assign tasks, coordinate employee schedules, and monitor daily productivity.
• Lead, train, and coach warehouse employees to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movements, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse performance, operational targets, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and Ontario health and safety requirements.




• Maintain accurate warehouse records and operational reports using Deposco or other WMS platforms.
• Identify operational challenges and implement approved process improvements.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments. Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Robust understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
