NH IR Advisory is a boutique investor relations firm that helps public and private companies build their presence within the investment community through strategic planning and tailored communications. We are looking for a part-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to create and manage engaging content across multiple client accounts. Your primary focus will be social media, with additional responsibilities in email marketing, analytics and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a solid writer with a creative eye, excellent organizational skills and an understanding of how to reach different audiences. Responsibilities
• Create, schedule and publish social media content that strengthens brand awareness and engages each client’s target audience.
• Write captions and develop graphics, images and short videos that align with client messaging and brand guidelines.
• Research target audiences, monitor relevant trends and recommend content ideas and posting schedules.
• Design and assemble email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp.
• Track and report on social media, website traffic and email campaign performance,



using insights to improve results.
• Assist with administrative tasks and general client support. Qualifications
• Experience creating content and managing social media accounts.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with close attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team.
• A degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp is an asset.
• Experience in capital markets or investor relations is a bonus. To apply
