Throughout the year, guests enjoy themed pop-up experiences such as The Jingle Bar, Cupid’s Lounge, Winterfest Dome & Cabins, and the Summer Market Series. The hotel is dedicated to creating memorable, inspiring experiences through thoughtful design, food, drink, and welcoming ambiance. Role Description The Retail Associate is a temporary to part time, on-site role based at Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel in Niagara Falls, ON. This role supports the Fallsview Marketplace and other retail experiences by welcoming guests, offering product information, and ensuring a warm, customer-focused shopping environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting guests with purchases, handling transactions, maintaining displays and product presentation, monitoring inventory levels, and restocking items as needed.



The Retail Associate collaborates closely with the hotel and food and beverage teams to support seasonal pop-ups and special events, helping set up and break down retail areas and ensuring a cohesive guest experience. This role also involves responding to guest inquiries, resolving minor issues, and upholding the hotel’s standards of hospitality and professionalism. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner to build rapport with guests.
• Experience delivering customer-focused service and enhancing overall customer experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to manage inventory, including restocking, tracking product levels, and maintaining organized displays.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests, teammates, and leadership.
• Previous experience in retail, boutique hotel, or hospitality environments is an asset.
• Comfort working in a quick-paced, guest-facing role with varying seasonal demands and events.
• Basic point-of-sale (POS) and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
