About The Role

Harris Corporate is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. You’ll work closely with colleagues to support the company’s payables function, alongside a group of motivated people committed to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

- Process payables and expense transactions accurately and on time
- Safeguard corporate assets by verifying that all claims are accurate and carry the appropriate approvals for each level of expenditure
- Respond to supplier and employee inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized files of supplier invoices and expense reports
- Assist with document shipping as required
- Support the Finance team and business unit leadership

Compensation The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
