We are looking for an experienced Adobe CDP Architect to lead a customer data and journey transformation program for a leading Canadian utility client.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer identity resolution, unified customer profiles, data architecture, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer journey mapping and business discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Design and own Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Experience Platform architecture.
- Define customer data models, XDM schemas, identity namespaces, unified profiles, and segmentation strategies.
- Design data ingestion and integration solutions across SAP, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and legacy platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Lead technical design, implementation guidance, testing, production readiness, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure data governance, security, consent management, and privacy compliance.
- Support solution estimation, roadmap planning, and delivery strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms,



Marketing Technology, Digital Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Deep understanding of customer profiles, identity resolution, XDM schemas, data modeling, segmentation, and activation.
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Solid experience with batch, streaming, API-based, and event-driven integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Understanding of data governance, consent management, and privacy regulations such as PIPEDA, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in utilities, energy, telecommunications, or financial services.
- Familiarity with CIS, billing, payments, contact centres, OMS, IoT, or AMI data.
- Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, or Journey Optimizer certifications.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs and Agile delivery environments.
