SUMMARY

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing daily import and export air freight operations to ensure shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor air import and export shipments, follow-up, tracking and tracing, problem identification and timely resolution;
- Interact with customers on phone; provide shipment status, customs regulations and procedures; handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Build close,



strong relationships with all our customers, overseas agents and service providers;
- Complete processing of all documentation required including invoicing and import declaration if required;
- Conduct research and analysis of routes using historical data, reports and reviews
- Day to day operations to include dealing with customers, customs clearance & other reports and administration duties.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are updated and adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3-5 years’ experience in air freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree or college diploma
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, solid communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
