Responsibilities:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
• Technical or QA/Testing background with a good understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex enterprise technology environments.
• Exposure to Cloud, Data, Application Development, or Digital Transformation initiatives is highly preferred. Preferred

Skills:
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Hands-on technical or QA/Testing experience.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
