We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication and business improvement initiatives. You will work closely with business teams, project managers,



product teams and technical stakeholders to understand organizational needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create process flows, business documentation, reports and user guides.
- Collaborate with project managers, Product Owners, developers, QA teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement workshops, project planning meetings and stakeholder discussions.
