Participate in the preparation and assembly of meals by performing duties such as:
• Count, weigh and measure ingredients for assigned food production area
• Prepare and serves beverages
• Prepare vegetable and desserts as per prep schedule
• Assemble sandwiches
• Portion meal trays and special diet trays as per meal schedule
• Load meal carts and prepare for delivery.
• Clean carts and trolleys and wash dishes/pots
• Maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner
• Work efficiently and handle all equipment and products safely Performs any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management in a suitable timeframe.
