• Schedule appointments, welcome customers, and assess their needs
• Open work orders
• Monitor and follow up on work progress
• Receive, review, and close work orders Experience, Education, and Skills That Would Be Valuable:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of mechanics (an asset)
• Bilingualism: Fluency in spoken French and English
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently
• Tact, professionalism, and strong self-control
• Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures and work methods
