Role: IVR Tester Workplace type: Remote Duration: Long term Job Descripton:
• Hands-on experience creating and executing API payloads in Postman
• Experience testing Genesys call flows from the Genesys UI perspective, rather than through phone calls
• Working/Testing knowledge of the Genesys UI, including checking call status, agent scripts, and secured messages
• Working/Testing knowledge of CRM integration to Genesys
• Working/Testing knowledge of chatbots and live-agent interactions
