About the Role
This role is for someone who wants to build a career in financial services and is open to becoming a financial advisor. You will start by supporting our advisors and managing new business, which will give you hands-on experience with clients, products and planning. As you grow, we will help you obtain your license and work toward an advisor role of your own. No license is required to apply. What You Will Do
• Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including gathering information and organizing documents
• Prepare and review new business applications for accuracy and compliance
• Track applications through underwriting and issue, following up on outstanding items
• Communicate with clients, advisors and carriers to keep files moving
• Keep client records and internal systems up to date
• Join client meetings and learn how advisors build financial plans and recommendations
• Learn our insurance and investment products, processes and compliance standards
• Obtain your license with Greatway’s support and help develop recent client relationships as you progress What You Bring




• Interest in becoming a financial advisor
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation, a willingness to learn and comfort taking initiative
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems Preferred Qualifications
• Education or work experience in finance, banking, insurance, accounting or a related field
• Client service or sales experience Your Path at Greatway
• Learn: Build your knowledge of our products, processes and clients.
• Get licensed: We will help you prepare for and obtain the license you need.
• Develop: Shadow experienced advisors and take on more client responsibility.
• Advance: Move into an advisor role when you are ready.
