We are looking for an experienced professional cleaner who is dependable, motivated, and interested in growing into a team leadership position.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous professional cleaning experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential and post-construction cleaning.
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within established timeframes without compromising quality.
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Take on additional responsibilities as skills and independence develop.

Requirements

- Previous professional cleaning experience is mandatory.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's licence are required.
- Ability to travel between job sites throughout our service areas.
- Physically capable of bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent, efficient pace.
- Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

Starting wage is $24.00 per hour, with performance-based wage increases.

Our Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a paid working interview.

During this assessment, candidates will be assigned one or two rooms to clean within an established timeframe.

We will evaluate:

- Time management and efficiency
- Cleaning techniques and professional experience
- Ability to follow instructions
- Independence and initiative

This allows us to determine whether the candidate's experience, work ethic, and cleaning standards align with our company.

Schedule

This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into full-time hours as the successful candidate demonstrates consistency, reliability, and independence.
