In this role, you will help customers secure financing and leasing options while presenting extended warranties, protection plans, and aftermarket products to enhance their buying experience. Job Duties Include:

- Sell financial products, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP protection, credit insurance, and aftermarket accessories.
- Utilize dealership management systems to deliver a smooth and exceptional customer delivery experience.
- Maintain deep expertise in manufacturer products, rebates, leasing options, and current incentive programs.
- Prepare all transaction documentation, including contracts, registrations, credit submissions, funding packages, and commissions.
- Build professional relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance centers, and third-party vendors.
- Update customers and staff consistently on the progress of vehicle deliveries and funding status.
- Resolve customer complaints with a courteous, professional approach to guarantee high satisfaction.
- Adhere to all legal regulations, ensuring strict compliance with Ontario, OMVIC, and Canadian laws.

Successful Candidates Possess:
- Credentials: Valid OMVIC certification, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous automotive finance experience and familiarity with PBS (Dealership Management System) is highly valued.
- Core Strengths: Sharp problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent listening skills.

This compensation range includes base wages and vacation pay,
