Our manufacturing client is looking for a Shipper Receiver to join their team. As a Shipper Receiver, you will be part of the Operations team supporting shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly to keep orders moving accurately and on time.

Job Title: Shipper Receiver

Location: Stayner, ON

Pay Range: $21.50/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Straight Day Shift)

What's the Job?

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying product quantities and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Create pick lists and coordinate order preparation to meet customer and company standards
- Prepare outgoing shipments, completing shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, placards, MPLs, and system transactions
- Safely load and unload trucks and operate material handling equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, and dollies
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records while troubleshooting discrepancies and keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements

What's Needed?

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience
- Experience in a regulated industry is considered an asset
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete in-house training
- Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Excel and email), strong communication and problem-solving abilities,



and a positive work ethic
