POWERGROUP Resources, on behalf of our client Cottage Country Snack Foods, is seeking a motivated Route Sales Representative to maintain and grow an established customer route throughout the Toronto, Oshawa and Scarborough region. This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy sales, customer relationships, driving and independence.

This is a sales-focused position responsible for account growth, merchandising, and relationship management.

We use AI-assisted tools to help identify and match applicants to our open roles. This may include reviewing resumes and suggesting potential matches. All final hiring decisions are made by humans.

What you will do:

- Manage and grow an established customer route
- Drive profitable sales growth through merchandising, promotions, and relationship building




- Maintain solid customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work long hours and in varying weather conditions when required

Requirements

- Post-secondary education in business is an asset.

- Sales, marketing, or merchandising experience required.
- Experience in route sales or related trade is an asset.
- Must have the physical ability to lift, reach, and carry products
- Valid G Driver's License with clean driver's abstract required
- Self-starter mindset with strong motivation and independence
