What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist students, ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
- Answer student questions and deliver great customer experience. – Helping to prepare for student arrivals
- Reception duties, handling student inquires and assisting them.
- Support the team by helping with the themed activities, running breaks and creating a positive social atmosphere.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception and school area and share emergency phone duties on a rota. Who You Are:
- Outgoing, organized, and a customer focused individual.

- Positive, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure students and staff have an exceptional experience.
- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport) Details:
- Duration: Contracts starting from end of May till August.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility:



Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English.
- Must be available for training dates before start date. Mandatory training will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon. In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive (EU) 2023/970) and Legal Notice 173 of 2026, the initial pay range for this role is €1400 to €1700 gross per month.
