Job Description
Under the direction of a Program Manager and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population. The incumbent provides supervision to students in formal clinical practicums. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience
• 1 year recognized postgraduate experience in community MHAS Education

• Exp. in mental health & addictions community outreach & crisis interventions
• Ability to enter and retrieve data in computer database systems
