Junior Change Manager / Change Management Analyst

About the Opportunity

Coltech is recruiting for a Junior Change Manager / Change Management Analyst to support organisational change initiatives within a project environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience across change management and project management who is looking to take ownership of deliverables and make a meaningful contribution to business transformation projects.

Working closely with an experienced Change Manager, you will provide hands-on support across change assessments, planning, stakeholder engagement and communications. The role offers variety and requires someone who is proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving workplace where priorities and responsibilities may shift. We are looking for someone who brings more than purely administrative experience, can work independently and takes a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of organisational change initiatives across multiple projects.
- Assist with stakeholder assessments and basic change impact assessments.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of change management plans.
- Draft and coordinate internal communications and stakeholder updates.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of change management documentation.
- Manage SharePoint updates and ensure project information is kept up to date.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Work alongside Change Managers to identify potential challenges, impacts and opportunities.
- Support project management activities, including coordination, planning and tracking deliverables.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify solutions to problems.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a focus on delivery.

Skills & Experience




- Experience in change management, project management or a combination of both.
- Previous experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Practical exposure to change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments and change planning.
- Experience developing communications and supporting stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of project management principles, methodologies and delivery environments.
- Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Comfortable operating in environments where requirements and priorities may not always be fully defined.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

Location & Language Requirements
- Candidates must be based in Canada.
- Ideally located within Canada's Eastern Time Zone, with Montreal being particularly desirable.
- French-speaking or bilingual English/French candidates are strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and aligning with Eastern Time Zone business hours.
