We've sold 350,000+ watches, generated $50M+ in lifetime revenue, and built a brand that military personnel, first responders, and blue-collar workers trust every day. We're an American-designed, Shopify Plus brand doing eight figures annually across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.

We're not a startup figuring things out. We're a scaling brand looking for an experienced Email & SMS Specialist who knows how to turn customer relationships into repeat purchases and measurable revenue growth.

The Role

We are hiring a full time Email & SMS Specialist to own and optimize our email and SMS marketing channels.

Your job is to maximize revenue from our existing customer base through strategic campaigns, automated flows, customer segmentation, and continuous testing.

We're looking for someone who understands DTC ecommerce in the U.S., knows how to build effective retention strategies, and can independently execute campaigns that drive results.

Your Three Goals

- Increase Email & SMS Revenue

- Build and manage a strategic email and SMS campaign calendar
- Develop high-converting campaigns for product launches, promotions, holidays, and special offers
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities
- Optimize campaign performance to increase revenue per recipient and overall channel profitability
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling messaging and content

- Optimize Customer Lifecycle & Automation

- Own the full Klaviyo & Postscript ecosystem, including flows, automations, and segmentation
- Build and optimize welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back flows
- Develop personalized customer journeys based on purchase behavior and engagement
- Continuously improve customer retention, repeat purchase rate,



and lifetime value
- Maintain strong email and SMS deliverability and list health

- Drive Performance Through Data & Testing

- Monitor and analyze Email & SMS KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, engagement, and retention
- Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, offers, timing, and segmentation
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign and automation performance
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Continuously test new strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement

You're Right For This If You

- Have 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS marketing experience with U.S. ecommerce DTC brands
- Have experience working with Shopify brands generating at least seven figures in annual revenue
- Know Klaviyo and SMS platforms inside and out, including flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
- Have a proven track record of increasing Email & SMS revenue, repeat purchase rate, and customer LTV
- Can independently build, execute, and optimize a campaign calendar
- Understand direct-response copywriting and customer buying behavior
- Are analytical, results-driven, and comfortable making decisions based on performance data
- Think in systems, not one-off campaigns
- Are resourceful, proactive, and take full ownership of your results
- Move fast and thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Direct experience working with ecommerce DTC brands in the U.S. is mandatory.

Compensation & What We Offer

- Performance-based bonuses, with total annual compensation ranging from $50,000 to $80,000, including bonuses
- 100% remote, full time position
