Our client, an established leader in retail technology, is looking for a bilingual Field Sales Manager to drive existing and new business in Canada

(EN required, FR preferred)

- Title: Field Sales Manager, Retail Technology
- Location: On site @ high tech office in Ville St-Laurent (open to hybrid long term)
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years as a field sales manager
- OTE : $110k to $115k base & 40k+ commission (OTE 150-155k+), uncapped
- Industry: Retail Tech

Ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their team.

Ideal Profile





- Proven track record as a successful B2B seller with prior experience leading and coaching sales reps focused on new business.
- Solid in full-cycle consultative sales, pipeline management, & deal strategy.
- Hands-on field presence with a focus on coaching reps through discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- Experience in retail technology, SaaS, POS, hardware/IoT, or adjacent B2B technology sectors an asset.
