Position: General Counsel

Type: Contract

Compensation: $90-$110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, flexible, task-based

No prior AI experience required.

Role Responsibilities

- Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review AI responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback.
- Build transparent grading criteria for contract work.
- Help refine guidelines for AI contract review.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
