Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience creating and executing API payloads using Postman.
- Experience testing Genesys call flows through the Genesys UI, rather than traditional phone-based testing.
- Working/testing knowledge of the Genesys UI, including call status monitoring, agent scripts, and secured messages.
- Experience testing CRM integrations with Genesys.
- Working/testing knowledge of chatbot and live-agent interactions.
- Ability to validate end-to-end functionality and identify integration issues.
