• Inspect existing plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Diagnose the condition of plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Recommend best-fit solutions for plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Service and repair plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Construct recent plumbing and gas infrastructure.
• Assemble and install new and replacement plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Communicate inspection results, diagnoses, preventative maintenance, recommendations, construction, service/repair, and installation of plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
• Document inspection results, diagnoses, preventative maintenance, recommendations, construction, service/repair, and installation of plumbing and gas infrastructure, equipment,



and related components.
• Follow safety guidelines, approved processes, and procedures on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
• Work cohesively with teams of employees or contractors.

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Valid Drivers Abstract
