Role Overview:

Manage the execution, implementation, transition and early stabilization of programs and operational initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to move solutions from delivery into sustainable business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Planning & Delivery

- Develop integrated execution plans, implementation milestones, dependencies, ownership and readiness criteria.
- Coordinate project teams,



functional leaders, vendors and operational stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Track issues, risks, changes, decisions and delivery progress; take corrective action and communicate status.

Transition & Readiness

- Lead operational readiness, change-impact assessments, handover planning and deployment coordination.
- Prepare transition documentation, ownership matrices, training or communications requirements and BAU support arrangements.
- Coordinate go-live, hypercare and stabilization activities and confirm adoption and operational acceptance.

Governance & Collaboration

- Facilitate working sessions and leadership updates with clear milestones and escalation routes.
- Maintain implementation artifacts, action logs, reporting and decision records.
- Build alignment across business and technical teams and resolve execution blockers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years in program, project or implementation management.
- Proven involvement in implementing or transitioning programs, services or operational initiatives into BAU.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Solid execution planning, risk/issue management, stakeholder communication and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with readiness, transition, go-live and early stabilization.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP or equivalent project-management certification.
- Agile or Scrum certification and experience with digital or enterprise transformation programs.
