Please note: This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, and requires on-site presence 5 days per week

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Onboarding Specialist is a professional who guides new and existing members through the initial stages of setting up their account with the Cubeler Business Hub, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience from sign-up to full adoption of the service.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for recent and existing members
- Deliver personalized walk throughs, demos, training sessions tailored to member’s needs
- Update Excel spreadsheets and perform accurate data entry to track member information and onboarding progress.
- Research and provide SME information on Excel spreadsheet
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in eventual CRM and other systems
- Helping existing members connect and use the business hub
- Monitor member connections by tracking onboarding progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact, answering questions and providing guidance
- Make outbound calls to registered members to welcome them, introduce the services and benefits of the Business Hub, and verify link connection
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities
- Following up with prospective or inactive members

What You'll Neeed

- 1–2 years of experience in a customer success and/or sales assistant related role
- Extremely comfortable with client outreach (cold calling)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, entire MS Office Suite and data entry




- Experience using Zoho CRM would be considered an asset
- Must be bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
