ORCAFY is a digital marketing agency helping businesses across Canada grow through paid advertising, SEO, AI search, websites, social media, and video content.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Closer who is confident speaking with business owners, presenting solutions, handling objections, and turning conversations into new clients. You’ll take ownership of your sales pipeline, from the first conversation to follow-up and closing the deal.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with business owners through outbound calls, emails, and company-provided leads.
- Book and lead sales meetings to understand each business’s goals and marketing needs.
- Present relevant digital marketing services and clearly explain their value.
- Prepare and send proposals, answer questions, and handle objections.
- Follow up consistently, ask for the sale,



and close new clients.
- Keep your sales pipeline updated and work toward activity and revenue targets.

- A clear interest in sales, closing deals, and earning recurring commission.
- The ability to build trust, explain solutions clearly, and guide prospects toward a decision.
- Organisation, initiative, and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to make calls, handle rejection, and learn from feedback.
- Availability to work full-time from our Etobicoke office, Monday to Friday.

Previous sales or digital marketing experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training, coaching, and transparent targets. You bring the motivation, consistency, and willingness to put in the work.
