Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at OpenRoad Honda Brampton. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, including greeting guests, identifying needs, presenting Honda vehicles and features, and conducting test drives.

The Sales

Consultant prepares quotes, explains financing and leasing options, and supports customers with documentation to ensure a smooth transaction. Daily activities include managing customer follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and staying current on product updates, promotions, and inventory.



The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent dealership ex perience.Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle and financing options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide a positive purchase experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including explicit verbal communication and professional written correspondence.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales and familiarity with Honda products or the automotive industry are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings and weekends as required, and to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
- Comfort with using CRM- 180, Drivecenteric systems, basic computer applications, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are preferred.
