Role Description This full-time, in office Salesperson role is based in St John’s, NL. The Salesperson is responsible for prospecting residential customers, presenting pest control services, answering questions, and closing sales in person. Daily tasks include door-to-door outreach, explaining service benefits and pricing, handling basic objections, and accurately completing sales agreements.

The role also involves collaborating with the local team, participating in ongoing training, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets while representing the brand in a professional, respectful manner.

- Demonstrated sales, customer service, or direct marketing experience, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value clearly.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills, including the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with time management, organization, and self-motivation skills to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfort working on-site and outdoors, engaging with customers in person, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and follow structured training programs, with openness to coaching and feedback from management.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer season, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, pest control services, or seasonal marketing is an asset but not required.
- Current college or university enrollment is an asset; must meet local work authorization requirements in Canada.
