Position: Scrum Master

Location: Canada – Remote

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery initiatives in a technology-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid Agile background along with technical, QA, or testing experience to effectively support software delivery teams and drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Remove team impediments and enable smooth delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Support technical delivery and help manage dependencies and risks.




- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and project delivery.
- Technical, QA, or Testing background preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers effectively.
