Responsibilities

- Support a centralized intake, triage, and delivery enablement function for the structured assessment and routing of innovation requests.
- Evaluate incoming requests against defined criteria such as business impact, urgency, feasibility, and alignment with program objectives, and recommend appropriate routing pathways.
- Articulate clear problem statements and identify key assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Assess current-state systems, processes, and capabilities, documenting technical debt, legacy functionality, and architectural constraints.
- Perform gap analyses mapping transition requirements from current (“As-Is”) to future (“To-Be”) states.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, producing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and/or Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
- Develop workflows, decision trees, and process maps that clearly define business logic and information flows.
- Define and document data structures, system interfaces, and integration points, identifying dependencies and associated risks.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, business needs, and delivery artefacts to support governance, validation, and auditability.
- Support validation and testing activities and establish acceptance criteria to ensure outputs meet defined requirements.
- Produce intake assessment reports, delivery options analyses, and enterprise analysis artefacts to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and documentation to sustain the intake, triage, and delivery enablement function.

Qualifications

- One of the following certifications/designations: Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certificate in Business Analysis Practice (BCS), or Certified Business Analysis Skilled (CBAP).




- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst on enterprise-level business transformation.
- 5+ years of experience performing business process modelling for end-to-end workflows in enterprise environments, including documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, decision points, hand-offs, and business rules.
- 5+ years of experience defining or documenting data and information elements supporting business processes, including data inventories or data dictionaries.
- 5+ years of experience identifying and documenting system or process interfaces and integration dependencies.
- 5+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and/or system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- 5+ years of experience maintaining traceability between requirements and business artefacts.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or leading intake, triage, and feasibility assessment of business or system requests in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience developing data-related business analysis artefacts, including data inventories, data dictionaries, and conceptual or logical data modelling.
