Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) in Nanaimo North is seeking a Service Desk Analyst on the Information Technology team. You will be the first point of contact for staff IT issues, supporting hardware, software and network connectivity.

This full time role requires a degree or diploma in IT, at least two years of service desk experience, and certifications such as ITIL, A+, or MCP. Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure is essential, along with the ability to manage access controls and device
