This Automotive Deal Clerk works with Sales teams and management on complete, accurate vehicle transactions. The work includes retail and fleet deals, dealership management systems, documentation, reconciliations, and commissions. Explicit communication and organised priorities support timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review retail and fleet deal files for complete documentation
- Post vehicle sales, purchases, and trade-ins in dealership systems
- Reconcile vehicle inventory and investigate record discrepancies
- Calculate sales commissions and prepare related reports




- Resolve incomplete or incorrect documentation with Sales and Management

Requirements:

- Essential automotive dealership accounting and deal posting experience
- Knowledge of CDK, ADP, or another dealership system
- Experience processing retail and fleet vehicle transactions
- Post-secondary accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience reconciling inventory and calculating sales commissions
