The role assists individuals with dual sensory impairment to live independently, using sign language and tailored communication methods. Training provided to work with clients in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include helping with daily living, documentation, and relational support. Requires a college diploma in Intervenor for Deafblind Persons or related field, ASL/SEE proficiency,
