Job Title: Intel Server Support

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (onsite)

Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Junior Intel Server Support skilled to support Windows Server infrastructure, data centre operations, system availability, and performance for a critical business environment.

Must-Have Skills:

- Windows Server configuration and administration
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
- ITIL Foundation / Service Management certification
- Server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance
- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support
- Incident and problem management

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain Intel-based Windows Server environments
- Support server availability, capacity, and performance
- Perform server patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery
- Monitor CPU, memory,



disk utilization, and hardware alerts
- Support VMware/virtualization, server images, and infrastructure maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation and monthly service reports
- Assist with data centre operations, security, and hardware maintenance

Nice to Have:

- Azure Windows experience
- Virtualization experience across multiple platforms
- Data centre infrastructure knowledge, including rack space, UPS, power, cooling, and cabling
