RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day communications with our talents under the direction of a Talent Agent
- Manage execution of Influencer campaigns with guidance from a Talent Agent
- Assisting in scouting potential talent to join agency roster
- Assisting in researching/expanding brand & client database
- Assisting in brainstorming & being up to date with industry trends
- Assisting in strategizing & contributing to developing efficient pitches, partnerships, - creative ideas,



events & other PR/social media marketing initiatives
- Provide required admin support ex. drafting agreements, updating status of ongoing collaborations, reporting & more

REQUIREMENTS

- Passionate & knowledgeable about the beauty, fashion & lifestyle space
- Present eagerness to learn about social media influencer marketing & the talent management industry
- Presents excellent verbal/written communication skills & solid interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented & proficient in Outlook/Excel/Google Drive etc.
- Must be a team player & able to multi-task
